Approved decisions are translated into organized drawings, specifications and coordination notes appropriate to BN2’s scope, then communicated to the client’s professional and fabrication team.

The studio converts approvals into orders, monitors acknowledgements and lead times, coordinates receiving and follows custom production so the final installation can occur as one planned sequence.

Furniture, lighting, art and objects are placed and edited as a complete environment. The installation is planned around the site, trades, receiving and the final composition—not treated as unrelated deliveries.

For new construction and meaningful renovations, early involvement is best—before lighting, millwork, plumbing and finish decisions become expensive to revise. Furnishing projects can begin once accurate plans and site conditions are available.
No. BN2 leads the interior design scope and coordinates design intent with the client’s appropriately licensed architect, general contractor, engineers, fabricators and specialists.
Selections are presented in organized stages. Client feedback is consolidated into defined revision and approval points so the team can document decisions and keep later work aligned.
For appropriate full-service scopes, BN2 can coordinate furnishing procurement, order tracking, receiving, delivery planning, installation and final styling as described in the project agreement.
