Architectural clarity
Planning, proportion and circulation establish the interior before decoration begins.
The studio
BN2 brings creative direction and a deeply personal client experience together under one roof. Founded by equal partners Nicholas DeJesu and Bremen Menelli, the Fort Lauderdale studio creates residences with architectural clarity, individual character and continuity from the first conversation through installation.

Why BN2 exists
BN2 began with a shared belief: exceptional residential design should feel elevated without becoming impersonal. The work can be exacting and the experience can still feel clear, attentive and human.
Nick and Bremen contribute different strengths while holding one standard for the work and the relationship surrounding it. That balance allows the studio to remain creatively focused, personally accessible and responsive at every stage.

Co-Founder & Creative Director
Nick leads BN2’s creative vision and principal interior design decisions. His work centers on proportion, materiality, custom detailing and the relationship between architecture and everyday life.
From early planning through final installation, he protects the coherence of the design while coordinating interior intent with the client’s architect, contractor, fabricators and specialists.

Co-Founder & Director of Brand and Client Experience
Bremen leads the relationship surrounding the work—from the first inquiry and thoughtful onboarding to communication continuity and long-term client care.
He ensures that discovering, engaging and working with BN2 feels as considered as the interiors themselves, while guiding studio relationships, presentation and strategic growth.
The BN2 point of view
Planning, proportion and circulation establish the interior before decoration begins.
Millwork, stone, metal and lighting are developed as integral parts of the composition.
Material and color are considered for intense daylight, water views and indoor-outdoor living.
The residence should reveal its owners—not reproduce a recognizable studio formula.
What founder-led means
Directs the interior vision and remains involved in the principal creative decisions.
Guides communication, onboarding and continuity throughout the client experience.
Remain aligned on the engagement so clients are not handed to an anonymous account team.

Proof in the work
The Biscayne Art House study documents the client brief, spatial challenge, custom decisions, material logic, coordination and experiential result behind the photography.
Studio questions
Nicholas DeJesu leads the creative direction and principal interior design decisions. Bremen Menelli leads the relationship and client experience. Both founders remain connected to the engagement from the first conversation through completion.
Yes. BN2 is intentionally founder-led. Clients are not handed from the initial conversation to an anonymous account team; Nick and Bremen remain involved in the areas they lead throughout the agreed scope.
For new construction and renovation, BN2 is most valuable while planning, lighting, millwork, materials and key architectural decisions remain flexible. Furnishing-only engagements can begin once the spatial and construction framework is established.
BN2 is based in Fort Lauderdale and serves residences throughout South Florida, including Miami, Boca Raton and Palm Beach, as well as select destination projects aligned with the studio’s scope and approach.
